began as a dream will arrive this September
with the opening of the first phase

from the worlds of dance, theatre,

holds.
The
Endowed Merit Scholarship Challenge
With
a $1 million lead gift from an anonymous donor, Christopher
Newport University is establishing the CNU Endowed
Merit Scholarship Challenge Campaign. It
is our goal to leverage this $1 million gift by creating a challenge that will
result in a minimum of $2 million in permanently endowed scholarships, serving
scores of CNU merit student scholars. Read more.
Philanthropic
Market Study
The
Office of University Advancement is conducting a philanthropic
market study June through July to determine the University's
readiness for its first comprehensive fund-raising campaign
to address the priorities identified in Vision 2010. The
study, consisting of confidential interviews with a broad
range of the University's constituents, will be managed by
Stumpf & Associates, Inc., a Virginia-based consulting
firm.

in Afghanistan and Iraq. If you have served a tour, are currently
stationed in the Middle East or know of an alumnus/alumna

reunion of Santoro residents is planned. If
you lived in Santoro as a student,
