Students Join a Community of Honor
On August
22, 1,200 members of the Class of 2007 gathered with the faculty
in the Freeman Center for the Freshman Convocation and Honor
Code Induction Ceremony. This annual ceremony offers a symbolic
time and place for first-year students to commit to the tradition
of the University’s
Honor Code by signing their names in the Honor Code Registry.

games has changed slightly. Please view the parking

Athletics to Begin Internet Broadcasts of all Team
Sports
Captains
Sports Live will be a web-based, free service
on the CNU web site that will broadcast live reports
of all team sports including football, men’s
and women’s soccer, volleyball and field hockey.
Football Faces Tough Matchups
CNU
football goes up against four national powerhouses
in Division III as they begin their year in the USA
South Athletic Conference. The Captains will play
against Rowan, McDaniel, Muhlenberg, and Bridgewater.
All four opponents were ranked in the Top 20 at some
point last season.

Dr. Carl Colonna won the best paper
award at the International Business & Economic
Research Conference for his paper titled: “The
Impact of Public Funding on Cultural Urban Revitalization.”
Archivum Bobiense published an introduction
to the session “The Genius and Reception
of Gerbert of Aurillac” by Dr. Clyde
Brockett, Falk Professor of Music, emeritus.
