Tony Bennett

A Class Act

Tony Bennett sang from the heart to a sell-out crowd and received a chorus of standing ovations at the opening of the new Ferguson Center for the Arts at Christopher Newport University on September 1. Read the buzz on the venue from the area papers.

Beethoven and Bow Ties
On August 31, CNU hosted 275 special guests at a black-tie dinner to celebrate the opening of the Ferguson Center for the Arts. Guests were surprised with a performance of works by Beethoven from the Virginia Symphony under the direction of JoAnn Falletta.

Phase II of the Ferguson Center for the Arts opens Fall 2005. For updated photos of the Ferguson Center and all of our campus building projects visit our construction site.

Want to be a part of the excitement?   Consider joining the CNU Alumni Society.
